Maddie is our intern, and she has been taking on several roles here. She isn’t afraid to yes and has been learning everything she can about the business side at Dakota Home Care.
She loves being able to provide the services possible for our clients and employees. In her free time, she likes to workout, go camping and hangout with her friends and family. The most important thing to her is her family.
Nola is our administrator assistant at our Fargo office. She has a very important role of being that first contact to every person that walks in the front door. Nola is always ready to do anything and everything she’s asked to do, she’s ready to take on any task assigned to her.
She has a very caring and committed personality which makes her a great fit for this position. When Nola isn’t working, her perfect day would involve her dog, her Kindle and lake. She has a lake home in Minnesota and spends almost all of her weekends there.
She also loves spending time with her kids and grandkids. She and her husband became grandparents in the last couple of years and she said it’s truly the best upgrade they could have gotten!
Karen is the voice of Dakota Home Care. When you call our office, she will cheerfully answer the phone and direct your call to the person you need to speak with. She also takes care to manage the paperwork required for our caregivers and skilled nursing staff.
She loves to hear that we are making a difference in our clients’ lives by providing support, companionship, and care. This year will mark the 30th anniversary for Karen and her husband John! In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places and camping with her husband, her dog, and her camping family.
Roxanne promotes and educates local agencies and providers in the Fargo area on DHC services to best fit our client’s needs. As a caregiver to her own parents, it has helped her understand the concerns of other families and what they are experiencing.
She is excited to be a part of a highly respected organization that helps others! Roxanne enjoys spending time with friends, family and pets and loves walking her dogs in the evening. It’s her goal to be a good daughter, wife, sister, friend, employee and community member and treat others with respect and kindness.
Greta is our payroll administrator, and her primary role is making sure all of our employees receive their paychecks along with creating billing invoices for our clients. She loves knowing that our clients are given the opportunity to stay in their homes and receive great care.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and hanging out at home. She is married and has two children, a dog, cat and four horses. She loves a good concert and tries to attend as many as she can throughout the year. She and husband love to take “last minute” road trips to anywhere!
Nick is our recruiter and plays a very vital role in making sure all our clients throughout the state of North Dakota have caregivers. It’s important to him to build relationships with each person he hires.
In his free time, he loves spending time on the river or at the big lakes camping with friends and family. He also has a big heart for animals and has several pets. He believes it’s important to show kindness to others every day.
Nikki is our “matchmaker,” scheduling caregivers with clients based on skills, available hours, and compatibility. She loves pairing up our clients with just the right caregiver and knowing a strong bond will develop and the very best service will be provided.
She lives in Bismarck with her husband and their daughter, and loves any reason to celebrate a holiday, birthday, or loved one. She adores party planning, from the decorations to the activities to anything that adds extra flair to the occasion. She also enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and playing board and card games.
Becky joined DHC in February 2021 as an in-home nurse through our Fargo office. In September 2022, Becky moved into the Nurse Coordinator position. She works closely with our Fargo area clients, families, and medical community to ensure that each client receives exceptional and thorough care.
Becky is married and has three school-aged children, one girl and two boys, as well as two cats. She loves warm weather, music, watching football, and spending time with family and friends.
Amber is in charge of case managing adult and pediatric patients and overseeing their care. She trains nursing and HHA staff in skills specific to our patients and collaborating with outside entities and providers to deliver best possible care.
She enjoys being able to touch the lives of our clients and helping them make the best of their days living in their homes. Amber is married and has 5 children, a Rhodesian Ridgeback, a Blonde Lab and 2 cats. Her kid’s sports keep the family very busy with hockey, basketball, soccer, tennis, baseball and track/cross country.
Family and God are two things that are very important to Amber and nourishing close relationships and finding balance with her families everchanging schedules is something she thrives on.
Bethany is one of our nurse case managers in our Fargo office. She monitors all HHA client care and services while also overseeing nursing coordinating as well. She has a great compassion and understanding for others and an eagerness to learn and give hope and comfort to those she serves.
She graduated with her masters in nursing for Nursing Leadership and Management in August 2022. Bethany is married and has four children, 3 girls (12yrs and twins 9yrs) and 1 boy (7yrs) and they keep her busy with their sports and extracurricular activities.
In her free time, she loves to be outside with her family whether it be boating and hanging out at the lake, or by the firepit with her friends and family. Her children keep her very busy with their sports and extra curriculars. Bethany is excited for the future of Dakota Home Care and glad to be a part of this great team.
Roxanne has extensive experience in the long term care setting and assists with the admission of new clients, developing care plans and overseeing care. She works with clients, families, and the medical community to ensure that all of each clients’ needs are met.
She also leads the agency’s dementia training program to ensure that our caregivers can provide the best possible care to our clients with memory loss. She loves learning about the lives of our clients. She enjoys empowering them and providing the best care so they can remain safely at home. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her spending time with her four adult girls and their families, traveling, crocheting, knitting, sewing, reading, or gardening.
Michele is our Human Resource and Accounting Manager. She oversees payroll operations and maintains the organization’s benefit programs while also being an advocate to our employees.
Michele enjoys working in a true team environment and having the ability to express sincere gratitude to the professionals and caregivers who make a positive difference in the lives of the DHC family, clients and communities that we serve. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
She is married and has one son and a family dog named Bailey. She likes to keep a positive outlook, treat every situation as a learning experience and share whatever she can with those around her.
Tammy provides support to Dakota Home Care customers, managers, employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
Her goal is to ensure that ultimately Dakota Home Care’s customers receive a seamless and positive experience. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys gardening, crafting, and walking her dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family riding four-wheelers, playing tennis, and sitting by the fire pit.
Cassie spends much of her time meeting with clients and their families to make sure their needs are always being met. If we cannot meet a need, she will work with local resources and find them.
As a support specialist, she also works on keeping all of our tech up and running. She is often called a “Jackie of all trades” around the office because she can figure out how to install, fix or assemble anything.
Cassie is married with two school-aged kids, one boy and one girl, as well as three cats, a dog and bearded dragon. She loves photography, being outdoors and staying active with her family, whether camping, fishing, riding bikes or going for walks.
Laura oversee the agency’s business activities including developing and implementing policy and procedure, as well as managing strategic business initiatives. Above all of her roles, she loves interacting with customers to ensure that the best service is provided.
Laura is a mom to one daughter and two rescue dogs. She loves puppies and wishes she could rescue every single one! When she’s not a work, Laura can be found spending time with family who love to camp. She also enjoys running and reading.
As the Director of Nursing, Niki oversees the care coordination team and represents the interests of the agency by assuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
She collaborates with internal staff, medical professionals, community organizations, and government agencies to develop, support and coordinate client care.
Niki loves providing a service that allows clients to remain safely at home where they can thrive and get quality one-on-one care. Niki has a husband, four children and two grandchildren and spends much of her free time with her family, enjoying time outdoors and attending kids’ activities. She is a board member of the Mandan Hockey Club and loves doing DIY projects with her husband.
Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and brings experience in the nursing field as well as medical and pharmaceutical sales. She enjoys working with clients, families, and staff to ensure that Dakota Home Care continues to earn its reputation as professional and caring home care experts and that our clients receive quality care.
She works closely with referral partners, including assisted and independent living communities, local service organizations, healthcare providers and hospital systems as well as community service groups.
Charlene and her husband Mark enjoy traveling, the outdoors and nature as well giving back to the community. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Dakota Humane Society, leads the Community Elder Service Network, and volunteering at her church.
Judy works with the management staff to ensure that regulations are correctly followed and reviews care delivery to ensure clients receive the highest level of quality care possible.
She finds it rewarding to work alongside her fellow staff members to provide great care to those in her community. When outside of work, Judy and her husband enjoy spending time with their adult children, and doing other hobbies such as knitting.
As founder Jamie Fleck’s sister, Beverly is equally devoted to ensuring that North Dakota families discover the peace of mind that comes from knowing the older adults they love are safe and well cared for in the comfort of home.
Prior to joining Dakota Home Care, Beverly worked at the National List of Attorneys for 15 years as Director of Business Development, providing her with the expertise to grow Dakota Home Care to the business it is today. Beverly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Children’s Development, and, also a devout Christian, enjoys spending her free time with her husband, son, and daughter, being outdoors, traveling and reading.
She also loves networking and being a part of groups that have a passion and purpose, serving and supporting organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association and American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
